We recently had the pleasure of hosting a bright, young guest for a BCA job shadow. Lopez High student, Clayton is thinking about a future in marketing, and is eager to learn more about it. We were delighted to help, especially since Clayton proved to be an enthused, fast study.
Clayton shadowed a few BCA team members and joined in on a staff meeting. He was especially excited to tag along with BCA social media/content developer, Pat Pemberton, on a video shoot for this year’s Central Coast Economic Forecast held in San Luis Obispo.
Our time with Clayton was a win-win: he enjoyed an up-close-and-personal day in the life of a marketing and PR firm, and we were inspired by his enthusiasm and genuine interest. We expect great things from this guy. And hats off to Lopez High for its impressive Capstone program that gives students real world exposure.
