CowParade is a fun public art and charity event, but it’s usually held in large international cities. So when an ambitious cattle rancher decided to bring CowParade to little ‘ol San Luis Obispo County, he turned to BCA to rustle up crowds with an extensive marketing campaign. Our efforts with digital advertising, social media and design plus a fun video series featuring an adventurous cow on a Bucket List tour helped corral huge crowds to the CowParade launch and final auction, raising over $250,000 for local charities. To cap off our success, the cow was sponsored, Jesse/Jane, brought home the top bid, raising $45,000 to help fund the 40Prado Homeless Services Center.
